Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students functional capabilities and needs
- Manage a caseload tailored to your experience and preferences
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to school policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Active license or certification as an Occupational Therapist in New Mexico
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across K-12 grade levels
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
- Commitment to providing therapy in an onsite school environment
